Remember my Best Friend I mentioned earlier? Here's one of my favorite pictures of him. If you are interested in music, check out his music reviews on everything from classical to death-metal. Well, maybe not everything. He's never written a review of that Achy-Breaky singer-guy. And, frankly, I'm glad. He's an accomplished musician, distributing his talents among a variety of projects including Aepithex (his band--they do some great origional songs) and several of his own composing projects. He's broadened and deepened my interests across music genres, and gave me an excuse to reawaken my own musical abilities. Of course, there is not much call for a Baritone Horn player in the music industry these days. I play clarinet (contra, bass, alto, etc.) and am currently delving into fluting, with an occasional diversion into bagpiping. But what is a bagpiper with no bag...all i could afford was the chanter. I also like drums, but I don't think my roommates or my bank account would allow me to purchase a kit. I guess one might say, and one might, that I am a Jack of All Trades when it comes to music. I really want to play the guitar, namely bass, but all I have access to at the moment is my dad's ukelele.
